For supper I made lasagna roll-ups with spinach and whole grain pasta. It was really good. Chris’s favorite food is pasta so I am making an effort to try and make it more often. Since we do not buy pasta sauce from the store I make it by hand every time. Store made foods have way to much salt in it and we avoid salt like the plague. The pasta sauce I made yesterday had crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, garlic, oil, Italian herbs, onions and ground beef. I forgot the sugar so it was a little bitter from the acid in the tomatoes. This meal I think I will be making again.
